Summer Term 2025

Welcome back to the Summer term of Year One! 

Starting off this term, we are beginning to explore the concept of times tables. We are practising counting in 2s, 5s, and 10s. 
This weeks we have been looking at making equal groups. We have been challenging ourselves with a set amount of one object and looking at making equal groups with them. I challenged the class to collect 12 of one item and ask them to see if they could share these items into equal groups. The class rose to the challenge and here are some ways we made equal groups.
