Welcome to Year 6, 2025-2026!

We’ve had a wonderful start to Year 6, with the children settling in brilliantly. They've already shown great maturity and a positive attitude to the year ahead.

This week, the children had a go at some SATs papers to familiarise themselves with the questions and highlight areas we’ll be focusing on in our learning. They showed fantastic resilience and perseverance!
Here are some highlights from our other areas of learning. In Science, we’ve started learning about the circulatory system and used stethoscopes to listen to our heartbeats. Our History topic is the Industrial Revolution, and we’ve been exploring the challenges of life in Victorian cities, from overcrowding to poor sanitation.
