Celebrating Chinese New Year

We had lots of fun celebrating Chinese New Year in Preschool last week. We made our own dragon and joined in with a Dragon Dance, we had lots of opportunities to practice our scissor skills as we made lanterns, mini-dragons and paper dolls and we especially enjoyed making and eating our own Stir Fry.
