First Week Back

Its been lovely to see all of the Year 5 pupils back in school this week, they have returned with impressive amounts of enthusiasm and resilience.

We have been busy finding out what we already know about our topic for this term, ‘Elizabethan Times’. There has been much discussion about chopping-off heads, I think Horrible Histories has a lot to answer for! Below are a few of our Tudor portraits.

We have also started to think about our Science topic this term, Space. On Monday 21st September I have organised for us to have a virtual workshop on 'Our Place in Space' with an Ambassador from the European Space Education.
