Pandora
In English this week, the children have started to put together non chronological reports based on the planet Pandora. The class have watched a clip and used this to spark their own ideas about the creatures (Hexapods) which inhabit it. They have produced labelled diagrams as well as writing about the anatomy of their Hexapods, for their reports which they will continue next week.

Team Leader Elections
On Thursday, we had our House Team Leader elections when the Year 6 children split into their house colours (red, blue, green and yellow) and read presentations about what would make them a good leader. We were impressed with how calm and clear the Year 6 students were when presenting in front of the younger students. Everyone cast their vote at the end and the new leaders were announced in Assembly.
