As well as their daily Maths and English work, many Year 5 children have been inspired to make boat related cakes, pictures and models this week. Tom's aircraft carrier has 11 boats, 2 helicopters and 4 aeroplanes! Hollie and Joshua have both used their enjoyment of poetry to write two excellent poems of their own, based on the Coronavirus and Minecraft. Hollie also wrote a thank you letter to all the staff of the NHS and was sent a reply by the CEO, Simon Stevens. Well done to everyone, as I know that you are all working hard at home. Mrs Donovan and I are looking forward to seeing many of you, very soon, on Zoom. Comments are closed.
