During their Phonics sessions, Mrs Horsley's group have been working hard creating some different types of  poems.

Year Two enjoyed having a session with OCRA this afternoon; having lots of fun trying some dance, basketball skills and football skills.

During our P.E sessions, Year Two were given the challenge of creating a team game for the rest of their class using a set equipment list. The children worked well as a team to create games for the rest of their class to play; they thought carefully about rules and outcomes that they would like to be achieved.

As part of their Phonics session, some of the Year Two children wrote their own frog life cycles. The children looked at the features of an explanation text and had to include: technical language, conjunctions, adverbs of time and information about the stages of a frogs life.
