The children all had a fantastic time on Monday taking part in circus skills. They had a go at a whole host of activities from juggling and plate spinning to walking on stilts. It was so lovely to see them all thoroughly enjoying themselves, laughing and smiling! Next week, the class have fencing and some science-based fun to look forward to.
Have a lovely weekend! It's been another busy week, but the highlights have definitely been Ultimate Frisbee and the rock pool experience.
The children learnt some new skills and played different games for ultimate frisbee; their will results will now count towards the Devon Games and we will find out how they fared against other schools. This morning, the children also learnt about rock pools and the different living creatures you find in them. They even had chance to handle one of the smaller crabs and investigate the different types of seaweed, sea snails and even some small hermit crabs. Next week, we have more visitors to look forward too, starting with circus skills on Monday afternoon! A big thank you to all of you who have sent in costumes or props for our performance already - it's starting to come together nicely! Have a great weekend everyone. |
