Young Sports Leader Training

Young Sports Leaders will soon be leading activities with the younger children now that Year 6 have received their training. On Thursday 27th September, Jackie Jarvis came in to work with the whole class; she demonstrated different activities and encouraged the children to think about how they could be adapted for the younger children. Year 6 will soon be out on the playground, at break times and lunch times, to lead and encourage the younger children to join in with different activities and games.

Year 6 - Junior Life Skills

Junior Life Skills took place on Tuesday 25th September. This provided an opportunity for the children to learn some important skills such as basic resuscitation, water safety and understanding the role of important services like Fire and Rescue. It was a great afternoon!
