I hope you've all enjoyed the Bank Holiday weekend. The extra day off was well deserved after a rather busy week. The children have been working hard to improve their understanding of perimeter and area of different compound shapes. In English, we have been working on a new text, called Trash. The story is really gripping the class so far and stirring up lots of discussion. I'm very excited to see all the fantastic work the children produce during our lessons. Possible Year 6 Residential - Ashbury Hotel, Monday 24th - Wednesday 26th May. You should have all received an email, from Mrs Marvin, inviting you to complete a short survey about whether you would be interested in your child attending. If you haven't done so already, please complete the survey and submit it as soon as possible. On Thursday 27th May, the children will be completing day 2 of the John Muir award. They will complete a field work study and a walk on Shapley Common; I will email further details to parents during the week. Comments are closed.
