Freddie has created his own fitness circuit. It consisted of 5 laps around his house, then 10 push- ups, 20 star jumps, followed by 25 skips (with a skipping rope) and then holding a squat for as long as he could. He managed all this in 188 seconds. Great work, Freddie.
