In science we have been learning about animals. We have looked at how animals can be classified and lifecycles as well as doing observations and making predictions. 
The children have been carefully observing the caterpillars to see what changes have happened and predicting what might have happened to the caterpillars over the weekend.

We loved taking our learning outside this week to make the most of the beautiful sunshine. The children used water colours to create a landscape scene of Dartmoor. I was so impressed with the care taken to add detail - the children have really developed their skill with using a finer brush.
