Continuing with our learning about the UK, this week our focus country is Wales. Today is St David's day. St David's day is celebrated on 1st March each year, so in honour of the people of Wales, we will be learning about traditional St David's day celebrations.

9:00 - *Live registration, Bingo and outline of the day. 9:30 - This morning you are going to bake your favourite treat. -Use your phonics to read the recipe with a grown up, use your Maths to help weigh and measure the ingredients. - Use the template (or create your own) to write down the ingredients and method you used. -Bake and decorate your show-stopping creation and don't forget to take a photo of it. Once you have finished baking (and washing up!) you may enjoy some screen free time doing something you enjoy! 14:30 - *Live 'Show us your baking' and storytime. Bring along your baked goods to show and tell your friends about.
