Summer 1 Week 4

In English, we have started looking at non-chronological reports. We have learnt what they are and the features we might see in them such as headings, subheadings, paragraphs, subject specific language, facts, diagrams etc. 
We had good fun researching different books and seeing if we could spot the features in them, the children collaborated on this work and showed some fantastic team work. 

With Years 4 and 5 on residential and Year 6 doing SATs, we were treated to an extra long PE session with Mr Stronge. The first part of the session was spent developing our backhands in tennis, and then as we did so well, we finished the lesson with a big game of dodgeball which was loved by all!
