A busy week in year 4, so busy that we have very few photos to share. We practised the high jump and ball throwing in readiness for Sports Day, we painted in the style of Picasso in Art and Edie showed her wonderful Picasso art diary from a trip she had been on.
Our Spain topic starts next week, so watch this space for food, culture and vibrant happenings!

So much wonderful work for the topic, here is just a handful of it. Year 4 have been working so very hard on 3D pyramids and Sarcophagus', Hieroglyphic script, decorative Egyptian Collars and Ode to a Pharaoh poems on papyrus paper.

Year 4 are working towards making changes locally first. Ideas that were discussed were local litter picking, traffic congestion, traffic speed control, recycling in school/home, plastic use and pollution and clingfilm usage,
to name but a few!
