Our Local Area

This week in Geography we have been learning about our local area. We know that our school is in the village of South Zeal and the town we live nearest to is called Okehampton. We discussed different places in our local area and had a look for these on a map. 
The children then had a go at building a place from our local area during independent learning time. We had lots of farms, some churches, a park, Dartmoor, a bridge and a castle!
