Egypt came to year 4 today in the form of super costumes, a mummification ceremony (the mummies were quite ticklish so all organs remain intact!) and epic pyramid building. Tiger Bites were tasted, having been made yesterday from ground almonds, oil and honey under the careful supervision of Mrs White and Mrs Glover with the children. Also sampled today, with year 3, were flatbreads, honey cake, olives, grapes and dates ... needless to say there were many dates left un-nibbled! Year 4 continued with their Egyptian collars and will make the finishing touches after half term.
We wish you a very safe and happy sun filled half term, Thank you too to Mrs West who has been supporting in class this half term. Miss Chalcraft, Miss Bennett, Mrs White and Mrs West Comments are closed.
